Why no texture files?

We are providing just the 3D model with proper UVs so you can apply whatever material or texture to it. There are a few reasons for it:

1. No Redistribution: We don't want to redistribute textures provided by other artists of the website.

2. Artist Friendly: Most of the visualization artists already have high-quality textures and material libraries with them. With our models, they can pretty much use any texture as they like. 

3. No software limitations: As the 3ds, obj, and fbx formats are widely accepted by most applications there's no software limitation.

All the digital assets created by Pancika Design Studio whether free or paid are copyright protected. 

The buyers downloading assets can do the following things

- Use digital assets for commercial and non-commercial purposes.

- Use digital assets as many times as needed for your projects without any limitations.

- Modify the digital assets as per requirements.

The buyers may not do the following things:

- Resell, redistribute, or transfer the digital assets or license to any third party person or company in the original or modified form.

-Falsely claiming the digital assets to be yours and taking credit for it.
